I have had the pleasure of working with Patrick for the past two years. In the past two years he has helped me secure 3 leases! My company (Supply Chain Warehouses) has experienced extreme growth, and without partnering with Patrick this growth would not have been possible. Within 2 weeks of my first visit I had secured a lease and was operating in Houston within the month. Patrick is the only broker who has gone above and beyond for my company. I wish I could have him working for us in other markets as well!.
