First Houston Properties, Inc., (FHP) is a privately owned, Houston-based commercial industrial real estate brokerage and investment company. FHP specializes in the following:

Asset Management



First Houston Properties is a full-service industrial developer, and we are searching for new development opportunities, including single-occupant build-to-suits and new industrial parks.

As part of our expansion into development, FHP planned and developed Campbell Road Industrial Park, a business park with 124,000 square feet in Northwest Houston. The park consists of ten warehouses for sale or lease on separate parcels, ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 sf.

Our latest development is North Frazier Industrial Park, a 20-acre business park in Conroe, TX that when completed, will be available for sale or lease. North Frazier Industrial Park features ten Class A speculative offices/warehouses located less than 1 mile from I-45.
