First Houston Properties is a diversified and well-established industrial real estate brokerage and investment company, which has been serving a broad group of clients since 1982. First Houston Properties, Inc., (FHP) is a privately owned Houston-based commercial industrial real estate brokerage and investment company founded in 1982. FHP specializes in: the location of facilities and sites for corporate clients; representation of buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords; the acquisition of value-added commercial and industrial income properties for investor clients, and office-warehouse development on behalf of our investor clients.
A proven track record involving millions of square feet of completed lease and sale transactions, based on many different types of transactions from single buildings to large portfolios. We form long-term trust-based relationships with our clients and we are dedicated to providing whatever support we can to help our clients achieve their long-term goals.
FHP has memberships in a number of real estate and non-real estate organizations including the Greater Houston Partnership, and the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce.

Our firm added development services with the planning and development of the high quality 124,000 sf Campbell Road Industrial Park, in Northwest Houston. The park consists of ten new warehouses for sale or lease, in a range of 10,000 to 15,000 SF each on separate tracts. FHP is searching for new development opportunities, including single occupant build to suits and new industrial parks. First Houston Properties is a full service industrial developer. Our latest development is a 20 acre business park located in Conroe, TX. North Frazier Industrial Park features 10 class A speculative office/warehouses located less than 1 mile from I-45 that will be for sale or lease.
