First Houston Properties, Inc., (FHP) is a privately owned Houston-based commercial industrial real estate brokerage and investment company founded in 1982. FHP specializes in: the location of facilities and sites for or corporate clients; representation of buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords; the acquisition of value-added commercial and industrial income properties for investor clients, and very recently office-warehouse development on behalf of our investor clients.
